What is included

Clinical interview, psychosocial history, symptom assessment, records review when available, attorney collaboration, and a written report.

Time and process

The evaluation is typically completed through clinical interview and record review. Saturday appointments are available. Reports are typically completed within two weeks.

Fee

$1,200

Good Faith Estimates are available for uninsured and self-pay clients before services begin.
