Crescent Psychology accepts Aetna and Lyra EAP, can provide superbills for out-of-network benefits, and offers in-person and eligible telehealth services.
Payment and insurance
Aetna: Accepted for eligible services.
Lyra EAP: Accepted for eligible clients.
Out-of-network benefits: Superbills can be provided for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance plan.
Evaluations: Some evaluations may not be covered by insurance. Please contact Crescent Psychology to clarify your specific need.
PsyPACT telehealth
Dr. Frances Duverge is licensed with PsyPACT, which may allow telepsychology services for clients located in participating states.
